Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using Guestify’s services. By submitting a request or using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description
Guestify provides digital event invitation and management services, including custom event page design, RSVP management systems, photo gallery hosting, and client portal access. Services are delivered on a per-event basis according to the package selected at the time of order.
Guestify is not a self-service builder — all event pages are designed and delivered by our team.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines represent our best efforts and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or major seasonal occasions. Guestify will proactively communicate any significant delays via WhatsApp or email.
3. Revisions Policy
All packages include up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A revision round is defined as a consolidated list of changes submitted in a single message or document.
Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance may incur additional fees.
Structural redesign requests — including changing the template, overall theme, or layout direction after design approval — are considered new orders and are not covered under the revision policy.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due after order review and confirmation by the Guestify team.
Payment instructions (CliQ transfer or cash payment) will be shared before any design work begins. Work commences only after payment confirmation is received. Online payment via credit or debit card will be made available in the future.
All prices are quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless otherwise stated. Guestify reserves the right to update pricing for future orders at any time without affecting confirmed existing orders.
5. Refund Policy
If work has not yet commenced: a full refund is available upon written request.
If design work has started but no draft has been delivered: a 50% refund may be issued.
After delivery of the initial design draft, refunds are generally not available due to the custom nature of the service. However, Guestify remains committed to resolving issues through reasonable revisions within the originally agreed project scope.
Add-on services and configuration fees are non-refundable after setup or activation.
6. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (including text, images, videos, music, or other media) to Guestify, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and share that content. You also confirm that the submitted material does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Guestify is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, or appropriateness of user-submitted content. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Media Responsibility
Photos and videos uploaded to Guestify galleries are stored using secure cloud infrastructure. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of all uploaded media.
Guestify is not liable for data loss resulting from technical failures, accidental deletion, third-party outages, storage expiration, or unforeseen circumstances.
Reminder notifications will be sent before scheduled gallery expiration whenever possible.
8. Privacy
Guest data collected through your event page — including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and RSVP responses — remains the property of the event host. Guestify accesses this data solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the service.
We do not sell, distribute, or use guest data for advertising or marketing purposes. Data is stored on secure systems and access is limited to authorised Guestify staff only.
Upon written request from the event host, Guestify may delete hosted guest data and associated event information.
9. Gallery Expiration
Standard gallery retention is 30 days after the event date unless otherwise specified in the selected package. Extended retention periods (such as 90 days, 1 year, or permanent storage) may be available as paid add-ons.
Guestify will attempt to send reminder notifications before gallery expiration. After expiration, gallery content may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable. Guestify cannot guarantee recovery of expired or deleted gallery content.
10. Prohibited Use
Guestify services may not be used for:
- Illegal activities
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Harassment or abusive content
- Impersonation of individuals or organisations
- Spam, scraping, automated abuse, or malicious activity
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
11. Intellectual Property
All Guestify designs, templates, branding elements, platform systems, source code, and related materials are the intellectual property of GuestifyJO. Clients may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially reuse Guestify's platform or design work without written permission.
Content provided by the client (including names, images, and text) remains the property of the client. Guestify grants the client a limited license to use the produced design solely for their specific event and intended personal use.
12. Support Policy
Guestify provides support through WhatsApp and email in both Arabic and English.
We aim to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on workload, weekends, holidays, or peak periods. For urgent event-day issues, WhatsApp support is recommended for faster assistance.
13. Platform Availability
While Guestify strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous platform availability or error-free operation at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, third-party provider failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
14. Limitation of Liability
Guestify shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, missed RSVPs, delivery delays caused by third parties, hosting interruptions, or technical failures outside our direct control.
The maximum liability of Guestify for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
15. Force Majeure
Guestify is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Internet or power outages
- Hosting provider failures
- Government restrictions
- Natural disasters
- Cyberattacks
- Wars, strikes, or emergencies
16. Changes to These Terms
Guestify reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official Guestify platform with the revised effective date.
For active orders, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation will continue to apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
